A must visit in Potosí with lots of traditional regional Bolivian dishes as well as other dishes e.g steaks, pastas, etc. The waitress was really helpful in explaining what all the regional criolla dishes were. Their courtesy garlic bread is delicious! And the restaurant itself is lovely and well decorated - feels very traditional. I tried the Kálapurka - a traditional soup regional to Potosí which is served with a hot stone. It comes out bubbling which is a nice surprise! My boyfriend ordered the chateaubriand (steak) and was cooked to perfection (medium rare as requested). Great value for money ”

It is a spicy soup with a very hot stone in it. This makes the soup boil and it is a whole experience. We ordered the vegetarian version of it. ”
